Pick the service you want, add it to your cart, and check out — like ordering the productivity version of coffee*. After purchase we confirm details and match a vetted VA. If you need something not listed, or a bespoke package, the catalog will prompt you to Contact Us so we can scope and build a custom solution.
Are your virtual assistants vetted and experienced?
Absolutely. Every VA goes through skills checks, interviews, reference reviews, and real-world task samples. We only list assistants who meet our standards for reliability, communication, and technical ability.
How does pricing and payment work?
Each catalog item shows clear pricing or tiers. Pay securely at checkout using major cards or international payment methods. Need a different currency, invoice format, or a custom package price? Send us a message through our Contact page.
What if the work isn’t quite right — do you offer revisions or refunds?
We fix things. Start by telling our support team what’s off; we’ll usually offer a revision, reassignment, or another agreeable fix. For custom or ongoing work we’ll handle it case-by-case — we don’t ghost, we patch.
How do you protect my data and privacy — what about GDPR or other rules?
Security is serious business. We sign NDAs on request, limit access to only the people who need it, and follow standard data-protection practices. If you have specific compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA-adjacent needs, or contractual security clauses), tell us up front and we’ll accommodate or recommend the right setup.
